Dancing in the Light

I found this wonderful quote and felt it’s importance for me. So I share with you if you like. Have a wonderfilled time.

Every cell of our being is created by our experiences…When we are holding on tightly to a painful experience, we are creating a current that will be felt in the physical body, and over time can grow and infect other experiences in the body as the mind takes over and creates new painful stories that expand beyond the original painful experience..  Do you understand this?  In this Moment we can uncreate our own pain, simply by the way we view, feel and move through our experiences.  We can relieve the inflammation by loving ourselves through the process,  so the energy can reconnect in a positive, healthy way and communicate this to the rest of the experiences that make up our physical being.

Air

Air is the element of the east, connected to the soul and the breath of life. If you’re working related to communication, wisdom, or the powers of the mind, air is the element to focus on. Air carries away your troubles, blows away strife, and carries positive thoughts to those who are far away. Air is associated with the colors yellow and white and connects to the tarot suit of swords.

Mother Earth is already vibrating at  a new frequency…It is important that we ground deeply and feel the flow of the Torus  Energy through our beings, connecting all.  We have been receiving so many signs from Mother Earth, For she is the ultimate Nurturer, No matter How we have treated her she has always opened her arms with abundance.  She has been pushing to the surface all of the pus and decayed poison matter (she has been healing herself) that has brought Earthquakes, Floods, Fires, Hurricanes, Volcanic Activity, The poisons that have affected the Water and everything are being pushed to the surface.   They have put a stench in our air and have begun poisoning all sentient beings on the Earth.  All of this is because Mother Earth is breaking out from the Old Story, the Old Paradigm.  She is Cleansing and now she’s reached deep in her Core…It is time to let flow what needs to flow.  Plant your roots deep.  Anchor yourself in your Center so that the Storm can’t blow you over.  After the Storm comes the Calm.  Trust yourself and Ride this Wave with me. 

Soak in the silence of simply Being…Go deep inside…Feel the love your soul has for this amazing body you walk in this life in.  Soak all of this love in and spread that love everywhere … feel it and receive it.  Be Grateful in that moment for this physical body as it gifts you with so many beautiful experiences… they are gifts, for no one else receives the same experiences as you  Just Breath…Breath and circulate the Love in Silence.

We accepted that we needed to be busy and in a hurry.  Scurrying through important processes therefore not fully experiencing or feeling the Moment…missing out on gifts that were in plain sight.  Everything you ever dreamed of is all around you…Open your Eye (inner sight) and explore your inner world.  Take your time.  With your inner sight clearing see yourself through each sensation, embracing it before it dissipates into what was and becomes crystalized so that we can store for easy access when needed.  HMMM! Feel everything, This is a full spectrum experience…we are beyond 3D…Old Reruns are showing the breakdown and dissolution of the old and the Birthing of the New through the Labour pains of Creation!  Have faith in yourself and take your time.  The little things can make a difference in creating the New.  We have been creating a Big Picture for quite some time, now we must fully immerse ourselves in each thought to create the details of the Big Picture assisting in this amazing birth.  Newness! Breath Deep!  Freshness!  Gone are the smells of Decay as we lift ourselves out of the old into the New. 

Moving all the energies through the chakra system of our bodies, moving into flow and feeling allignment.
