Cinnamon Ceremony January 1st 2026

On the first day of each month, (under the calendar with live) women take cinnamon in hand, standing outside their front doors, speaking magical words from their hearts and on their breath blowing these spells through clouds of cinnamon wafting through the door. Why? This is a protection For your entire organic being. (releasing stuck emotions from settling into our fascia, organs or cells) A magical ritual!

Every month we release all the stuck energy from the month before and reset the energy, clearing of the old bringing the winds of change with freshness for a new month.  No baggage allowed. Through ceremony (spells spoken from our hearts) we release,opening to freshness, a brand new moment that we don’t know yet.   But it calls us through the open portal, feeling protected, cared for, and fully alive .  The cinnamon through the doorway ~♡~ a ritual of selfcare.  Once a Month.
